Job Summary

  • The HR Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, payroll support, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR-related documents (offer letters, contracts, confirmation letters, etc.)
  • Assist with payroll coordination and leave management
  • Handle staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance management and training coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in HR or administrative role
  • Knowledge of HR principles and Nigerian labour laws (or applicable region)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions and supporting organizational growth across our Lagos and Abuja operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent management processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage staff records, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
  • Drive performance management and staff development initiatives
  • Support management in strategic HR planning
  • Coordinate administrative and facility-related functions (where applicable).

Requirements

  • 3 – 7 years proven experience in Human Resources roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of Facility Management is an added advantage.
