Job Summary

  • We are looking for a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to serve as the first point of contact for guests.
  • The Receptionist will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Keep accurate records of reservations and bookings using hotel management software.
  • Resolve guest complaints and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Assist in promoting hotel services, activities, and special offers to guests.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an WAEC/OND/HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role (hospitality preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

Compensation

  • Salary: N30,000 – N40,000 Monthly.

  • The Agro-Tour Developer will be responsible for creating, managing, and promoting agro-tourism programs that showcase the agricultural and cultural richness of Abia State. This role involves collaborating with local stakeholders, designing engaging experiences, and driving sustainable tourism growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement agro-tourism packages, including farm visits, educational tours, and interactive workshops.
  • Partner with local farmers, agribusinesses, and communities to highlight their contributions.
  • Organize events such as farm-to-table dining experiences, agricultural exhibitions, and cultural showcases.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote agro-tourism experiences locally and internationally.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for growth in agro-tourism.
  • Ensure all activities comply with environmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Prepare reports on the performance of agro-tourism initiatives, including guest feedback and financial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in tourism development, project management, or agribusiness.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for sustainability and community development.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, social media, and tourism promotion strategies.
