Job Summary
- We are looking for a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to serve as the first point of contact for guests.
- The Receptionist will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Keep accurate records of reservations and bookings using hotel management software.
- Resolve guest complaints and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Assist in promoting hotel services, activities, and special offers to guests.
Requirements
- Minimum of an WAEC/OND/HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role (hospitality preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
Compensation
- Salary: N30,000 – N40,000 Monthly.

- The Agro-Tour Developer will be responsible for creating, managing, and promoting agro-tourism programs that showcase the agricultural and cultural richness of Abia State. This role involves collaborating with local stakeholders, designing engaging experiences, and driving sustainable tourism growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement agro-tourism packages, including farm visits, educational tours, and interactive workshops.
