Description
- A Production Assistant required in the Plant, to assist in the preparation and mixing of concrete ingredients (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) as directed by the batching plant operator.
- Help ensure accurate loading of materials into hoppers or conveyors. Monitor and report any issues with batching equipment, conveyors, or silos.
Responsibilities
- Clean mixers, hoppers, conveyors, and other equipment after production to prevent buildup of concrete residue.
- Support routine maintenance tasks under supervision, such as lubricating machinery, checking filters ,or tightening bolts.
- Assist in keeping the work area tidy and free from hazards.
- Load and unload materials (e.g., bags of cement, aggregates)manually or using basic equipment like forklifts or wheelbarrows.
- Ensure proper storage of materials and report any shortages or quality issues.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with years of work experience.
