Job Summary
- The Shawarma Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, excellent customer service, and efficient staff management.
- The supervisor ensures that the outlet runs smoothly, maintains hygiene standards, and meets sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and service staff
- Ensure shawarma and other menu items are prepared according to quality and hygiene standards
- Monitor food portioning, presentation, and consistency
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the outlet in line with health regulations
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
- Train new employees on food preparation, safety, and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and minimize wastage
- Oversee cash handling, sales tracking, and daily reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
