Role Overview
- Oversee Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), end-to-end warehouse operations, and ensure timely material flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead S&OP cycles; align demand forecasts with production capacity.
- Manage receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Ensure accurate scrap analysis per lot and timely reporting.
- Optimize dock‑to‑stock turnaround time and storage utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse layout and workflows.
SMART KPIs
- Receiving Accuracy: ≥99.5% accuracy rate monthly.
- Dock-to-Stock TAT: Average ≤4 hours for all inbound shipments.
- Scrap Reporting: 100% lot scrap analysis reports delivered within 24 hours post-production.
- Warehouse Utilization: Achieve ≥85% space utilization without congestion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 6+ years’ experience, including 3 in manufacturing S&OP and warehouse.
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in S&OP and WMS/ERP systems.
- Leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.
