Growth & Performance Marketing Manager (E-commerce)

Core Deliverables

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and online sales growth.
Deliver monthly revenue and growth targets through paid digital channels.
Increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, and scale revenue efficiently.
Optimise marketing spend across platforms to maximise return on advertising spend (ROAS).
Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities across digital channels.
Analyse customer behaviour and journey to improve acquisition and conversion performance.

Other job Functions:

Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise creatives, targeting, and budgets to improve results.
Work closely with creative teams to develop effective ad content and messaging.
Track, analyse, and report key performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and growth outcomes.
Test new marketing initiatives, channels, and audience segments to drive continuous improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

Minimum of 3–6 years’ experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
Prior experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) businesses is an advantage.
Strong understanding of online customer acquisition and growth marketing strategies.
Ability to analyse data, interpret insights, and make informed marketing decisions.
Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working with digital tools, analytics platforms, and marketing dashboards.
