Job Summary
- We are coming up with a vibrant bar & lounge known for delivering premium nightlife experiences, exceptional service, and a lively atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced and driven Head Mixologist to lead our team and take our operations to the next level.
- The Head Mixologist is responsible for leading the bar operations, creating innovative cocktails, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- This role combines creativity with management, overseeing bar staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring high standards of beverage quality, service, and profitability
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Creation & Menu Development:
- Design and develop signature cocktails and drink menus
- Experiment with new ingredients, flavors, and presentation styles
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks
- Stay updated on global mixology trends and techniques
Bar Operations Management:
- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service
- Manage bar setup, opening, and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure all bar equipment is properly maintained
Staff Leadership & Training:
- Supervise bartenders and bar assistants
- Train staff on cocktail preparation, customer service, and upselling
- Schedule shifts and manage team performance
- Foster teamwork and maintain discipline
Customer Experience:
- Provide exceptional guest service and engage with customers
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Create a lively, welcoming, and safe atmosphere
Inventory & Cost Control:
- Manage stock levels of spirits, mixers, and bar supplies
- Order inventory and liaise with suppliers
- Control waste, spillage, and over-pouring
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits
Requirements & Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years experience.
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender (5+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar techniques
- Experience in bar or lounge management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Creativity and passion for mixology
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of inventory and cost control

Job Summary
- The Cigar Head is responsible for overseeing all cigar-related operations within the lounge, including cigar selection, storage, service, and customer experience.
- This role requires deep knowledge of cigars, proper humidor management, and the ability to guide guests in selecting and enjoying premium cigars
Key Responsibilities
Cigar Program Management:
- Curate and manage the cigar menu, including premium and specialty cigars
- Source cigars from reputable suppliers and ensure product quality
- Maintain variety to suit different customer preferences and budgets
Humidor & Storage Management:
- Maintain proper humidor conditions (temperature and humidity levels)
- Ensure cigars are stored, rotated, and preserved correctly
- Monitor inventory to prevent damage, dryness, or mold
Customer Experience:
- Guide customers in selecting cigars based on taste, strength, and preference
- Educate guests on cigar types, origins, and proper smoking techniques
- Provide cutting, lighting, and pairing recommendations (e.g., whiskey, cognac)
- Build relationships with regular and VIP customer.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a cigar lounge, bar, or luxury hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cigars, including brands, regions, and flavor profiles
- Experience with humidor management and cigar storage
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Sales and upselling ability
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
