Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all daily shift activities
- Oversee pump attendants and cashiers to ensure productivity and accountability
- Ensure accurate fuel dispensing, sales tracking, and reporting
- Enforce safety, compliance, and operational procedures
- Monitor staff performance and address operational issues promptly
- Report daily activities, incidents, and performance metrics to management
Requirements
- OND/HND (minimum qualification)
- 2+ years experience in retail, filling station, or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in a fuel station or oil & gas retail environment
- Basic understanding of inventory or sales reporting systems

- Issue receipts and manage POS systems
