Job Overview

  • The Admin support personnel will be responsible for welcoming customers, coordinating deliveries, Support business growth through creative ideas, timely and exceptional customer services to boost sales.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and tidied showroom and office area; Warmly welcome all customers, attend to them, and keep records of their details.
  • Daily and weekly update of sales records, expense report and inventory template with line manager supervision and operational data on the inventory sheet.
  • Manage the DC inventory and reporting with e-Commerce Executive to ensure timely replenishment of low stock, all year availability of products and no lost product.
  • Promptly and constantly uploads of new products in showroom and on e-commerce platforms; (Jumia, and Konga)within 48hrs of product availability.
  • Respond to all messages on Jumia and Konga platforms within 1hr, during working hours, and not later than 12hrs after COB.
  • Shipping of ordered goods at e-commerce partners’ office within 24/48hrs of request- No cancellation to orders; Promptly collect all return orders.
  • Coordinate effective and timely delivery of goods to customers, in cost effective manners though logistics companies.
  • Attending to clerical tasks, ensure proper and accurate book keeping, and filing of company’s documents: invoices, goods receipts, waybill, and all administrative records.
  • And any other task as assigned by your supervisor and management.

Job Requirements

  • Educational background: O’Levels (SSCE, NECO, WAEC).
  • Proven experience in a similar role and familiarity with inventory management software and tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary

  • The Solar Technician will provide support to Project Engineers in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
  • The ideal candidate is skilled and safety-focused with attention to detail and comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
  • You’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and maintenance of power systems, including AVRs, UPS, and Inverters etc.
  • Support senior engineers in conducting power audits, feasibility studies, site surveys, and electrical system assessments for renewable energy projects.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to create detailed electrical drawings, diagrams, and specifications for solar installations.
  • Participate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar energy systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to solar power systems, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and best practices in the renewable energy sector to contribute innovative ideas to project designs.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards are met.
  • Document service activities, issues, and resolutions
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and customers on-site
  • Adhere to safety protocols and standards throughout project execution, prioritizing a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • OND in Electrical Engineering or a Technical Certificate from Recognised Technical Institutes
  • 2 years’ experience in designing and implementing electrical and solar power systems
  • Strong knowledge of system design, electrical schematics, and cost estimation techniques
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
  • Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and in outdoor environments
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
