Description

• As we expand our content production and brand visibility, we are seeking a skilled and creative Photographer/Videographer to manage our in-house studio (Lens & Studio Space) and drive high-quality visual content creation.

Role Overview

• The Photographer/Videographer will be responsible for creating compelling photo and video content that aligns with IDA Beauty’s brand identity, supports marketing campaigns to enhance our digital presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality product, model, and lifestyle photography
• Shoot and edit engaging video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, Ads)
• Manage lighting, angles, and studio setup for all shoots
• Edit and deliver content promptly in line with brand standards
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Marketing team on content direction
• Ensure consistency in visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
• Maintain and manage studio equipment and workspace
• Contribute creative ideas for content trends and campaigns.

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

• Content delivery turnaround time (24–72 hours)
• Quality and usability of content produced
• Alignment with brand aesthetic and direction
• Contribution to engagement and content performance
• Reduction in content rework.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required)
• Strong skills in photo and video editing (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, and content aesthetics
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle content is an added advantage.

Job Description

• IDA Beauty is an affordable luxury, halal-certified, vegan, and cruelty-free beauty brand committed to operational excellence, sustainability, and premium retail standards.
• We are seeking a proactive and reliable Facility Manager / Maintenance Officer to ensure our office and store operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the office premises to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and ensure all equipment (generator, lighting, storage systems, etc.) are functioning properly
• Liaise with the Admin/Operations Manager on procurement of necessary items and repair needs
• Run official errands for the company as required.
• Ensure all sales deliveries are properly packed, secured, and dispatched professionally
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and Cashier to check, monitor, and maintain cosmetics inventory
• Promptly report maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions

Requirements

• OND or relevant technical certification
• 1–3 years’ experience in facility management or maintenance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to operational needs
• High level of responsibility and trustworthiness.
