Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence while ensuring the seamless running of all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across rooms, F&B, and bar/nightclub.
- Lead, train, and motivate departmental heads and staff to achieve performance goals.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality systems.
- Drive revenue growth and cost control through strategic planning and innovation.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships and operational logistics effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a multi-outlet property.
- Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of hotel operations systems and controls.
- Strategic mindset, and results-oriented attitude.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly (net) + performance-based incentives negotiable.
