Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Personnel to join our hospitality team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for all hotel linens, guest laundry, and staff uniforms.
  • This position plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting the smooth operation of hotel services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, sort, and process soiled linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and pressing equipment in accordance with hotel safety and operational standards.
  • Treat stains and inspect items for damage before and after cleaning, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
  • Fold, stack, and store cleaned items neatly and deliver them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain proper inventory of linens and laundry supplies, notifying management when stock is low.
  • Ensure that the laundry area is kept clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with special requests from guests or other departments related to laundry services.
  • Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure excellent guest experience.

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our hotel’s finance team.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensure accuracy in accounting processes, and support the Finance Manager in daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Post daily transactions including revenue, expenses, and journal entries into the accounting system.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and guest ledgers regularly.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial records and support documentation for audits.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of employee records.
  • Prepare and review petty cash vouchers, ensuring proper approvals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform any other accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,or Finance
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or other ERP systems).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality with financial information.
