Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a Production Manager to oversee and coordinate fashion production operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tailors and production staff, ensuring productivity, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing adherence to established production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and improve productivity across all fashion production activities.
• Optimize resources to ensure efficient use of materials, time, and manpower.
• Implement and enforce total quality management standards across production.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities to meet operational requirements.
• Supervise tailors and production staff to ensure quality output and timely delivery.
• Ensure discipline and strict adherence to established production processes and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or HND in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a fashion production environment, with supervisory or managerial responsibility.
• Strong technical competence in fashion production and garment construction.
• Practical background in fashion design and/or tailoring is required.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, materials, and production workflows.
• High attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong discipline, process orientation, and people management ability.
• Quality-first mindset with the ability to drive consistency across production teams.
