Job Summary
- The Mixer is responsible for Preparing and serving beverages to customers in a lounge setting, ensuring high-quality drinks and excellent customer services.
- Handle transactions, maintain bar area, and collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional lounge experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality drinks are delivered promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately, handling money and operating point-of-sale systems efficiently.
Requirements
- Certification in mixology or food safety may be required by some establishments.
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the administrative team.
- Design and implement administrative policies, systems, and procedures
- Oversee facilities management, maintenance, and workplace safety
- Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships
- Control and monitor administrative budgets and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years administrative experience.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and facilities management
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
