About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Flexo Printing Machine Operator to manage, operate, and maintain flexographic printing machines.
- The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in polythene printing, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate flexo printing machines efficiently, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs as needed.
- Monitor print quality, ensuring color accuracy, registration, and overall product consistency.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document production data, machine performance, and report issues promptly to supervisors.
- Work flexible shifts (morning and night) with possible overtime when production needs arise.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience operating flexo printing machines in a polythene production environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of flexographic printing processes and machinery.
- Ability to work in shifts and flexible hours when needed.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to relocate to Emene, Enugu, if not already residing locally.

Work Schedule:
- Shifts: Morning and Night shifts.

- Always ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Report any machine faults or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Perform overtime work when required, compensated according to company policy.
Work Schedule:
- Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, Saturday half-day (until 1 PM), Sunday off.
- Night Shift: Monday to Friday, Saturday off, Sunday off.
- Overtime: Paid separately, applicable when production demands arise.
