Report To: General Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the recreation centre, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise, train, and monitor the performance of staff across all recreation activities and facilities.
- Coordinate schedules and staffing to ensure adequate coverage for all services and events.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of all recreational equipment and facilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and operational guidelines.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with management on event planning, promotions, and program development to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor inventory of recreational supplies and recommend procurement as needed.
- Foster a positive and engaging environment for both staff and patrons.
Requirement
- National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Leisure & Recreation, Sports Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a recreation, hospitality, or customer service setting.
- Strong knowledge of safety and operational regulations for recreational facilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filing and audits.
- Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for efficient financial management.
- Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support operational goals.
- Generate reports and provide insights on financial performance to management.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirement
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
