Job Description
- The Digital / E-commerce Assistant is responsible for managing the company’s website and digital content, ensuring accurate product presentation, smooth online operations, and consistent brand representation across all digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company website regularly
- Upload products, prices, descriptions, and banners accurately
- Ensure the website is functional, updated, and user-friendly
- Monitor online orders and coordinate with relevant units for fulfilment
- Take high-quality product pictures and videos
- Edit photos and videos for use on the website, social media, and marketing materials
- Prepare products properly for digital shoots
- Maintain a consistent brand look across all digital platforms
- Work closely with the Inventory & Warehousing Unit to confirm product availability
- Support the Sales & Customer Experience Unit with digital materials
- Assist with online promotions, campaigns, and content planning
Educational Qualification and Experience
- Minimum educational qualification: ND or NCE with 0-1 year experience
- Previous experience in digital content creation, e-commerce, or social media management is an added advantage
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of website management or e-commerce platforms
- Photo and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar)
- Creativity with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain brand consistency
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- Must reside within Lekki / Jakande axis
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes
- Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment

Job Description
- The Finance & Control Officer is responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling all financial activities of the company.
- This role ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, compliance with company policies, and financial integrity across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all financial records and transactions of the company
- Ensure accurate recording of sales, expenses, and operational costs
- Review, validate, and reconcile daily sales reports submitted by Cashiers
- Monitor and enforce internal control systems to prevent fraud, errors, or financial leakages
- Prepare financial and management reports for review and decision-making
- Reconcile accounts, invoices, and payment records on a regular basis
- Ensure full compliance with company financial policies and procedures
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
- Work closely with the Cashier, HR/Admin, and Management teams
- Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of all financial information
Educational Qualification
Strictly BSc or HND in Accounting or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Must have 2–5 years relevant experience in finance, accounting, or control functions
- Experience in internal control, audit, or retail/operations finance is an added advantage
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
- High analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to detect discrepancies and financial risks
