Job Summary
- The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining adequate stock of food items, kitchen supplies, and operational materials for the fast food outlet.
- The role involves regular market surveys, weekly market runs, inventory monitoring, and close collaboration with the Data Entry Officer and Store Keeper to ensure accurate stock records and cost control.
Role Summary
- Source and purchase food items, supplies, and packaging.
- Conduct market surveys and weekly market runs.
- Work closely with the Data Entry Officer, Store Keeper, Business Administrator (BA), and Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Maintain accurate stock records and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum OND / HND preferred.
- Experience in fast food or hospitality is a plus.
- Knowledge of local markets and negotiation skills.
- Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
- Physically able to do market runs.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Team player with the ability to work closely with store and admin staff.
Benefits
- Salary: N70,000 – N100,000 / month (depending on experience)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage the inventory of food items, ingredients, packaging materials, and restaurant supplies.
- The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate stock records to ensure a smooth flow of operations across the restaurant outlets.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies and materials.
- Ensure proper storage and labelling of all items according to safety and hygiene standards.
- Issue materials and ingredients to kitchen and restaurant staff based on requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with physical inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and notify the Procurement Manager of low or critical items.
- Ensure storage areas are clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Prevent spoilage, wastage, and theft by implementing effective stock control measures.
- Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and audits.
- Ensure First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation method is followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the Procurement and Kitchen teams to ensure supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND; additional training in storekeeping, inventory control, or logistics is an advantage.
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of food safety and storage guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic math and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to operate inventory management systems and basic computer tools (e.g., Excel).
- Honest, trustworthy, and dependable.
