• Minimum of BSc / HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Must have completed NYSC
• 0-3 years experience
• Must reside within Agbara or around its environs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up machines according to production specifications.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to meet productivity targets.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Inspect finished products to maintain high standards of quality.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to optimize performance.
• Maintain accurate production logs and report any malfunctions.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to workplace regulations.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Ensure machines are well-stocked with materials to avoid interruptions.
• Participate in training sessions for new equipment or processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency.

Requirements & Skills

• HND, OND, Trade Test, SSCE or equivalent required
• Proven experience as an Operator of the machine
• Knowledge of production machinery and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints.
• Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy machinery.
• Commitment to safety protocols and workplace regulations.
