We are seeking an experienced Chef to lead and execute kitchen operations in a premium fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional culinary skill, refined plating techniques, menu execution consistency, and the ability to deliver elevated dining experiences that meet international fine dining standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, execute, and present high-quality dishes in line with fine dining restaurant standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, timing, and presentation across all dishes
- Uphold strict food quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth service execution
- Oversee mise en place, service flow, and kitchen organization
- Collaborate with management on menu development and improvement
- Monitor food cost control, inventory, and waste reduction
- Maintain kitchen discipline, cleanliness, and professionalism during service
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience as a Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Formal culinary training or professional certification is highly desirable
- Proven expertise in gourmet cuisine, plating, and presentation
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining fine dining standards
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control

Method of Application
Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off (weekends included)
The Company Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently driving company vehicles, including ambulances (Hiace buses) and regular saloon cars. The role requires a professional, reliable, and safety-conscious individual who can operate manual transmission vehicles and ensure company vehicles remain clean, functional, and ready for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company ambulances (Hiace buses) and saloon cars as assigned
- Operate manual transmission vehicles confidently and safely
- Ensure timely transportation of staff, clients, or materials as required
- Maintain vehicles in good operational condition (cleanliness, fuel level, basic checks – non-technical)
- Report any faults, damages, or operational issues promptly
- Use Google Maps and other navigation tools to ensure efficient routing
- Adhere strictly to road safety rules and company driving policies
- Dress professionally at all times; company T-shirts will be provided
- Maintain a courteous and professional attitude while on duty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a company or professional driver
- Ability to drive manual transmission big buses (Hiace) and saloon cars
- Valid driver’s license
- Good knowledge of Lagos roads and routes
- Ability to use Google Maps for navigation
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
- Well-presented, responsible, and reliable
- Willingness to work weekends and assigned shifts.
Salary:
₦120,000 monthly
