- Develop a careful and creative program suitable for pupils
- Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children.
- Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem.
- Encourage children to interact with each other.
- Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum.
- Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times.
- Track children’s progress and give appropriate feedback.
- Collaborate with other educators.
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
- Organising the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment;
- Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum;
- Organising and taking part in school events, outings and activities which may take place at weekends;
- Liaising with colleagues and working flexibly
- Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within their class;
- Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation;
- Maintaining discipline;
- Teaching all areas of the curriculum;
- Taking responsibility for the progress of the class
- Preparing and marking work to facilitate positive pupil development;

Method of Application
- Helps to implement the organization’s vision in the Primary and Nursery section by working side by side the School Management in providing leadership and coordinating all educational activities for both staff and pupils of the school.
- Provides developmental insights during management review meetings and required support for operational effectiveness.
- Delivers world class learning programs and ensures that all tutors align appropriately.
- Oversees the smooth running of the daily activities of the Primary and Nursery school and reports to the school Management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitors teaching modules, lesson notes, curriculum and overall staff and pupils class work performance in line with the expected delivery of the school
- Periodically organize meetings, reviews, continuous development programs and trainings for primary and nursery school teachers.
- Initiate and implement school growth strategies
- Implement school management and developmental policies
- Undertake other assigned responsibilities by the school management Board for the overall progress of the school
- Reside in Okota, Ago / Isolo and their environs.
