Plumber – Water Supply (Level 2)

Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, commission, and maintain water supply piping systems (PPR, PVC, HDPE, GI, Copper, etc.).
- Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications to execute installations accurately.
- Install sanitary fixtures, valves, pumps, storage tanks, heaters, and associated fittings.
- Detect and repair leaks, blockages, and system faults efficiently.
- Carry out pressure testing and ensure systems meet quality and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on water supply systems.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures on site.
- Maintain proper use and care of tools and equipment.
- Prepare basic job reports and communicate progress to supervisors.
- Support and guide junior plumbers (L1) when required.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Trade Test / Technical Certificate in Plumbing or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years hands-on experience in water supply plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, fittings, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read basic construction and MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of safety practices on construction sites.
- Physically fit and able to work in site environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
