Locations: Maiduguri & Dikwa, Borno State
Contract Duration: 3 months (renewable)
Reports to: Executive Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, setup, and management of warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with organizational, donor, and humanitarian standards
- Supervise warehouse staff and manage inventory control systems
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and program teams
- Implement safety, security, and risk management measures
Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years\’ experience in warehouse or logistics management
- Experience in humanitarian/development projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and donor compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management tools
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
- Commitment to uphold organizational code of conduct, safeguarding policies, and ethical standards
- Ability to work in field-based and humanitarian contexts

Method of Application
Location: Dikwa
Reports to: Warehouse Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture, update, and maintain accurate warehouse and inventory data
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Support physical stock counts and reconciliations
- Ensure data consistency between physical stock and electronic records
- Conduct routine data quality checks and validations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor\’s degree in Statistics, Information Management, Computer Science, Logistics, or related field
- 2–3 years\’ experience in data management or inventory control
- Strong data entry, analysis, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and inventory databases
- High attention to detail and accuracy
