Warehouse Project Manager

Locations: Maiduguri & Dikwa, Borno State

Contract Duration: 3 months (renewable)

Reports to: Executive Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning, setup, and management of warehouse operations
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, donor, and humanitarian standards
  • Supervise warehouse staff and manage inventory control systems
  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and program teams
  • Implement safety, security, and risk management measures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years\’ experience in warehouse or logistics management
  • Experience in humanitarian/development projects preferred
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and donor compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management tools

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS

  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
  • Commitment to uphold organizational code of conduct, safeguarding policies, and ethical standards
  • Ability to work in field-based and humanitarian contexts

Method of Application

Location: Dikwa
Reports to: Warehouse Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture, update, and maintain accurate warehouse and inventory data
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Support physical stock counts and reconciliations
  • Ensure data consistency between physical stock and electronic records
  • Conduct routine data quality checks and validations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor\’s degree in Statistics, Information Management, Computer Science, Logistics, or related field
  • 2–3 years\’ experience in data management or inventory control
  • Strong data entry, analysis, and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and inventory databases
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
