Job Overview
The Facility Manager is responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and safety of the organization’s physical facilities. The role ensures that buildings, equipment, and support services operate efficiently to support business operations and provide a safe, functional, and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of company facilities, including offices, utilities, and equipment
- Ensure facilities are safe, compliant with regulations, and well-maintained
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Supervise cleaning, security, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and identify improvement needs
- Manage facility budgets, supplies, and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate space planning and office layout arrangements
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met
- Prepare reports on facility performance and maintenance activities
- Support management with facility-related projects and upgrades
- Required Competencies & Skills
- Strong knowledge of facility operations and maintenance procedures
- Experience managing vendors and service contracts
- Understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in facility or property management
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage

Job Overview
The Inter-State Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of personnel, goods, and company materials across different states in Nigeria. The role requires a highly experienced and reliable driver with strong knowledge of interstate routes, traffic laws, and vehicle maintenance, and the ability to travel frequently.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles on interstate and local assignments safely and efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery and pickup of passengers, documents, and goods
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure proper maintenance
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of assigned vehicle
- Report mechanical issues promptly and coordinate repairs
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required
- Remain flexible and available for extended travel and emergency assignments
Required Competencies & Skills
- Must be an experienced Inter-State Driver with strong route knowledge across Nigeria
- Excellent driving skills with high safety awareness
- Ability to travel frequently and stay on the road for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and vehicle maintenance
- High level of discipline, reliability, and professionalism
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years proven driving experience
- Valid Nigerian Driver’s License
- Good knowledge of major Nigerian highways and inter-state routes
- Clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks
