Job Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing and recycling operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, safety, and quality standards. This role is responsible for optimizing processes, managing teams, controlling costs, and ensuring that operational goals align with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production and recycling operations
• Ensure efficient use of resources, materials, and manpower
• Monitor production output, quality, and operational performance
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Supervise plant staff, including shift planning, performance management, and training
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment
• Identify operational risks and implement improvement initiatives
• Prepare and present operational reports to management
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and business development teams

• Strong understanding of manufacturing and recycling operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing or recycling operations
• Experience working in a recycling or industrial manufacturing environment is highly desirable
• Professional certifications in operations management are an advantage
