JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a qualified, detail-oriented, and dependable Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy operations and ensure accurate medication dispensing.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in filling prescriptions and dispensing medication accurately.
  • Receive, store, and manage pharmaceutical stock.
  • Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of prescriptions.
  • Update patient records and inventory systems.
  • Monitor drug usage and stock levels.
  • Provide necessary information to patients regarding medication use.
  • Ensure the pharmacy workspace is clean and well-organised.
  • Comply with hospital rules and pharmaceutical standards.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND in Pharmacy Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a pharmacy or hospital setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to take instructions and execute them efficiently.
  • Respect for workplace structure, teamwork, and professional conduct.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A well-rounded approach to work; being good at your job is important, but so is reliability, cooperation, and accountability.
  • Must be computer literate and able to use digital systems confidently.
  • A valid Pharmacy Technician license must be readily available.
  • Must reside in Benin city. Applications from other locations will not be considered.
