Job Summary:
Oversee daily operations of courier services, manage team of couriers, ensure timely delivery of packages, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Logistics/Transportation or related field
- 2+ years experience in courier/logistics
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with Nigerian routes and logistics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate courier activities
- Assign and track deliveries
- Monitor performance and address issues
- Resolve customer complaints
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Prepare reports on delivery status and performance
