Role Overview
- The RMM will be responsible for developing and executing all regional marketing initiatives, driving brand visibility, supporting dealer and network activities, engaging riders and mechanics, and accelerating retail growth.
- The role demands strong expertise in field marketing, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of regional market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional BTL activations, market storms, fleet engagements, service camps, park activities, and product launch support.
- Strengthen dealer visibility and run localized promotional initiatives to drive sell-out.
- Build strong relationships with park chairmen, mechanic clusters, Okada associations, MFIs, and fleet owners.
- Track competitor activities and provide monthly market intelligence reports.
- Coordinate regional digital content and ensure strong brand presence across OOH assets.
- Manage activation vendors, ensure timely reporting, and deliver KPIs within allocated budgets.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields.
- 3–6 years of experience in field marketing (Automotive, FMCG, or Mobility preferred).
- Strong command of local languages (English and Yoruba/Igbo/Hausa depending on region).
- Hands-on experience in BTL execution, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Good reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About the Role
- We are looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain / Procurement Officer to manage and support our procurement, import, and export operations.
- The ideal candidate will have strong supply chain knowledge, hands-on experience with international trade processes, and excellent Excel skills to support planning, reporting, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchase order management
- Coordinate import and export processes in compliance with regulatory and customs requirements
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and support supply planning to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory
- Prepare and analyze procurement and supply chain reports using Microsoft Excel
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Ensure accurate documentation for imports, exports, and procurement transactions
- Support cost optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Requirements
- MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- A few years of relevant experience in procurement, imports, and exports
- Strong understanding of international trade, logistics, and supply chain processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, analysis, tracking)
- Experience working with ERP or procurement systems is an added advantage
