Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Membership of a relevant professional body (NIQS, RICS is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration
- Experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects
- Ability to prepare BOQs, valuations, variations, and cost reports
- Good understanding of procurement processes and project cost control
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
