Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
• Manage logistics staff, fleet operations, and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate closely with production and procurement departments to support smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10 – 15 years proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of logistics planning, fleet management, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Record, reconcile, and report daily financial transactions; maintain general ledger.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense claims.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, budget variance analyses, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations; file statutory returns.
• Conduct internal audits, cash‑flow forecasting, and support external auditors.
• Assist in cost‑control, pricing, and inventory valuation for feed & agro‑processing operations.

Qualifications

• Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience in manufacturing/agro‑processing or similar industry.
• Proficiency in ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of tax, VAT, and statutory deductions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
