• We are seeking a motivated Assistant Production Manager to support our growing production operations in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet schedules and achieve targets.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout production processes.
• Manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished products, working closely with the procurement team.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance and recommend areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a production management or similar role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Abuja and its surroundings.
• Ability to lead a team and perform effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of food production standards and regulations is an added advantage.
