IT Services Monitoring and Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse IT services to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and services using monitoring tools
- Identify and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
- Analyse performance data to optimize IT services
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents
- Provide reports and insights to stakeholders
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in IT monitoring, help desk, or related role
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, SolarWinds, Nagios, Manage Engine)
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
