IT Platform Manager
- Oversee the operation and performance of all IT platforms, including web, mobile, cloud, and backend systems.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and capacity planning.
- Manage platform support, incident management, and problem resolution.
- Establish and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and releases with minimal disruption.
- Drive continuous improvement in platform architecture, automation, and monitoring.
- Lead and mentor platform engineers, system administrators, and support teams.
- Define roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics for team members.
