IT Officer
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or a customer-facing technical role
- A degree or diploma in Engineering,Computer Science, IT, or Applied Sciences
- Relevant IT support or networking certifications (an advantage, not mandatory)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols, Operating systems (Windows/macOS), Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
