• The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory control, stock accuracy, storage efficiency, and timely availability of materials. This role ensures proper tracking of stock movements, minimizes losses, and supports smooth operational flow by coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate stock records in inventory management systems
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations
• Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies, damages, or losses
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams
• Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Train and supervise inventory/store staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or store supervision
