Insurance Advisor
Leadway Assurance Company Limited is seeking dynamic and result-driven individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors / Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s insurance and financial products while providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and generating new clients through various channels
- Educating clients on insurance products such as annuity, endowment, and investment plans
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Providing financial advisory services tailored to clients’ needs
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any disciplin
- Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage (but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of financial services or willingness to learn.
