HVAC Mechanical Technician
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or OND in related field with 3+ years of industry experience Associate’s Degree in a technical discipline with 1+ year of industry experience
- Carry out routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance Of split units, cassette units, VRF/VRV systems
- Diagnose faults, execute corrective repairs, and restore systems to operating condition.
- Monitor system performance, refrigerant levels, electrical connections, airflow, and controls, escalating major faults when beyond site-level repair scope.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, job cards, and service reports in line with facility management standards
- Enforce safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and OEM-recommended maintenance practices at all times.
- identiify’ inefficiencies, leakages, and abnormal operating patterns.
- Coordinate with facility management, vendors, and supervisors during shutdowns, major repairs, or system upgrades.
