Human Resources Specialist
Key Requirements:
- CIPM certification
- Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of the HR value chain, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and compliance.
- Experience in the healthcare sector will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Drive recruitment, on-boarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage performance management processes and staff training programs.
- Provide HR analytics and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Foster positive employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
