Human Resource Recruiter
Newedge Finance Limited is looking for a smart, proactive, and experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our team in Ogba, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR Officers and other HR professionals
- Initiate and manage disciplinary procedures
- Prepare job descriptions and publish job adverts
- Support HR strategy and business management initiatives
- Identify staff training needs
- Manage onboarding and staff induction processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related field
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in recruitment (experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian employment laws, statutory requirements, compliance, and HR policies
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
