HR Officer
Human Resources contributes to the firm at both strategic and operational levels in the areas of Resourcing, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits and Organisational Development so coverage across all these areas is key.
You will work in a professional advisory role to staff partners, managers and employees leading on the operation of agreed HR policies and procedures

Duties:
- Own and manage the recruitment processes
- Own the resume application screening process
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Give feedback to candidates following interviews
- Update internal databases with new employee information as required by the company
- Conduct inductions/onboarding of new employees
- Manage/Monitor/report on employee time sheets filling compliance,
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Manage employees records updates
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate with proven track record 3 + years experience successfully working in an HR department.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in a social sciences discipline
- Proficiency in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
