Your Mission
- To build and maintain a strong internal system, managing our people, protecting our business legally and ensuring everything we do stands on integrity and compliance.
- What You Will Be Doing: HR Leadership
- Recruit, onboard and structure a high-performing team
- Build systems that keep staff accountable and productive
- Manage staff welfare, discipline and performance
Legal and Compliance
- Draft and review contracts (land, clients and partnerships)
- Ensure all transactions are legally sound and properly documented
- Carry out due diligence on properties and company dealings

Requirements
- Degree in Law (LLB) or HR-related field
- 2–4 years experience in HR or legal role
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor law & property documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
