Hospital Human Resource Manager
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations within our hospital. The role requires a strategic and hands-on professional who can manage recruitment, performance systems, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning while supporting a high-performance healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with hospital objectives
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention strategies
- Manage performance appraisal systems and disciplinary processes
- Oversee payroll coordination, staff records, and HR compliance
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and staff engagement
- Support training, professional development, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulatory standards
Requirements
- BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing HR systems and structured reporting processes
