Head of Operations
A licensed Unit Microfinance Bank based in Owerri, Imo State invites applications from qualified, experienced, and result-driven professionals for the position of Head of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the bank, including branch and back-office functions.
- Ensure efficient transaction processing, service delivery, and operational controls.
- Maintain full compliance with CBN, NDIC, AML/CFT, and internal policy requirements.
- Supervise reconciliations, cash/vault management, and operational risk controls.
- Support loan administration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership, training, and performance management for operations staff.
- Must Reside or willing to Relocate to Owerri
