Head of Interior Design at The ANASA Workshop Limited – Apply Now

We are seeking an exceptional Candidate to run and develop our Interior Design & Creative Department in a hybrid capacity. 

 PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY 

• 5 Years + in a Senior Role and have been involved in prestige Projects and have an established Portfolio. 
• Must have experience working with indigenous Hardwoods, Glass, Steel and Epoxy Resin. 
• Must have an Interior Design Degree to BA standard and accreditations with Interior Design Associations in Nigeria or elsewhere. 
• Have a good knowledge of Arts & Culture in Nigeria. 

TECHNICAL SUMMARY

The Candidate must have a full working knowledge of: 

• Autocad. 
• Revit. 
• Sketch Up. 
• Other Design Software.
• Architectural Skills 
• Be conversant with the Google Workspace Platform. 

PERSONAL SKILLS 

The Candidate must have and demonstrate: 

• Fundamental understanding of Turnkey Project Management. 
• Show initiative and be prepared to be experimental and innovative and promote the ANASA concept. 
• Must be prepared to integrate into our well established Admin & Production Teams. 
• Have excellent supervisory skills during Production & Installation. 
• Be prepared to work to tight deadlines and be responsible for budget and cost controls with senior Management. 
• Be prepared to represent ANASA at a senior level in enquiries, negotiations, Presentations etc. 
• Be prepared to develop our Interior Design & Creative Department. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The position is hybrid and ideally the Candidate would be based in Lagos close to Lekki, Victoria Island and Ikoyi. They would make frequent visits to our Ibadan Workshop. 

• Renumeration would be on a Contract / Assignment basis. 
• All Expenses will be covered by the Company. 
• The Company will contribute towards Software expenses. 
• The Company offers generous Incentive Schemes. 
• Must hold a current Nigerian Passport, NIN, BVN and a Tax Clearance Certificate. 
• Must provide 2 Professional References. 
• Would be ideal if had a working knowledge of the French language.
