Job Description
- Our client is currently recruiting a Front Desk Officer to manage client-facing and administrative duties.
- This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, requiring a professional individual with strong communication skills, a courteous disposition, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage all incoming phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointment logistics
- Assist in organizing and supporting internal events and meetings
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to office staff
- Ensure the front desk and reception area are kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of email etiquette
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Prior experience with calendar management and event coordination is an added advantage

Job Summary
- The Confidential Secretary will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support, manage confidential information, coordinate schedules, and ensure effective communication within and outside the organization.
- The ideal candidate must demonstrate discretion, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to management.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems for case documents.
- Communicate with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
- Receive calls, messages, emails and manage client and court communications.
- Type, edit, and proofread legal documents such as motions, appeals, and petitions.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence, etc.
- Handle confidential files, records, and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Assist with office coordination and general administrative duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Secretarial Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Confidential Secretary or Executive Secretary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
