JOB DESCRIPTION AND EXPECTATION
The Brand & Communication Officer is responsible for providing support and driving the execution of AXA Mansard’s brand, marketing and communication strategies across digital and traditional media channels.
Academic/Professional: Relevant first degree in Marketing or any related course.
Work experience: At least 7 years’ experience in brand management and corporate communications.
Job Level: This position has been profiled as a minimum Analyst role owing to the defined skill level, years of experience and complexities of the task to be performed.
Grade Level: This position has been profiled as a minimum Grade Level Analyst 9 owing to the defined skill level, years of experience and complexities of the task to be performed.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate, implement, and coordinate overall marketing, brand and communication efforts and activities mix of assigned AXA Mansard products/business toward creating mental availability.
- Responsible for creating and managing the implementation of brand building and lead-generating events, promotion, and exhibition activities.
- Manage and ensure that AXA Mansard brand assets – offices, corporate gifts, etc – are on brand and compliant with all relevant regulatory guideline.
- Responsible the company’s CRS activities and ensure that they are in line with company’s sustainability strategy and brand purpose.
- Create brand and marketing assets such as videos, flyers, and other BTL materials to drive awareness and educations of relevant product and initiatives.
- Manage Social Media communication for assigned brand and products.
- Improve the performance of the brand in the market and overall leadership position in terms of TOMA, Consideration etc
- Work with the product managers and sales teams to develop new ideas for reaching end user markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper communication of Company beliefs, policies, culture and service offerings.
- Serve as liaison between the company and advertising agencies, freelance contractors, print suppliers and other marketing services providers.
- Plan and implement marketing and public relations strategies to increase customer base and loyalty.
- Manage media relations, research editorial opportunities and build relationships with key industry media.
- Ensure timely monitoring of corporate communications plan and strategy for uniformity in message, including templates, tag lines and logo usage
- Any other responsibilities that might be required by the CCMO from time to time.
