Folklift Operator
Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to support warehouse and distribution operations for key clients.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently moving goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and distribution centers
- Stack and organize products in designated storage areas
- Assist with receiving and dispatching of goods
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any faults or damages
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock-taking activities
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC).
- Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Valid forklift operator certification/license
- Good understanding of warehouse safety practices
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
