Flexo Printing Operator
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flexo Printing Operator to join our production team in a nylon manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality prints on nylon materials, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and minimal wastage.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate flexographic printing machines for nylon production
- Prepare printing plates, inks, and substrates according to job specifications
- Monitor print quality, color consistency, and alignment throughout production
- Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and minimal defects
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of printing equipment
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and meet daily output targets
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the printing area
- Accurately record production data, machine performance, and material usage
- Comply with health, safety, and quality standards at all times
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification
- 2–4 years proven experience operating flexo printing machines (preferably in nylon or packaging production)
- Strong understanding of inks, substrates, and printing processes
- Ability to detect and resolve print defects quickly
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
