Fleet Manager
Halifield Schools is seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Fleet Manager to oversee and manage our school transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all school vehicles and drivers
- Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of all vehicles
- Monitor fuel usage and vehicle documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and school policies
- Keep accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and expenses
- Schedule drivers and manage transportation logistics
- Respond promptly to transportation-related issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fleet or transport management
- Must know how to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
Qualification:
- Minimum of OND (Higher qualifications are an added advantage)
