• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located at our Lekki office.
• The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, financial planning, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Key tasks include budget preparation, financial forecasting, managing accounts receivable and payable, performing risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Additionally, the Finance Manager will collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and assist in strategic decision-making.

 Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Financial Management, Financial Planning, and Budgeting
• Proven knowledge of Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Risk Assessment
• Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll Management
• Proficiency in Financial Software and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate financial data effectively to non-financial stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (professional certifications like CFA, CPA, or ACCA are a plus)
• Previous experience in healthcare finance or clinic operations is an advantage
